Fish Tacos & Fries

Third Year Props class assignment was to create a food prop of our choice and make it as authentic as possible for a live audience.

  • Fish Tacos with avocado, red onion and lettuce, fries on the side

PROCESS PHOTOS

Materials: Foam, felt, paper mache & paint.

  • I started by carving the fish fillet out of foam and adding cheesecloth with oatmeal for texture

  • Then carved the fries out of foam and painted them with white glue to fill in the foam holes

  • Tortillas are made out of felt glued together and held to dry around a cylinder canister
